I don&...Hey Jeff, thanks so much for the shoutout!<br /><br />I don't think there's likely to be a sitdown production of a Broadway show at Foxwoods in place of a national tour, like there was in Vegas with Avenue Q. <br /><br />My concern is that with a 4,000-seat theatre, Foxwoods could someday become the "New England stop" on a national tour, supplanting Hartford or Providence. I would hate to see that happen for the reasons I mentioned (accessibility, etc.)<br /><br />But like you said, some shows wouldn't be a good match. I can't see Next to Normal or Wicked at a casino either. <br /><br />Down the road, Jersey Boys, sure. Still, I'm glad I had a chance to see it in downtown Providence, a 10-minute trip.
