Thanks, at least in part, to Hurricane Sandy, the Broadway Box Office took a hit.  8 shows played an abbreviated schedule, every show except The Heiress showed a dip in attendance, and that show rose in attendance by only one-tenth of a percent!  One can assume that next week will show similar decreases.  Newcomer The  Performers started out surprisingly weak considering the cast, while both that show and bottom-feeder Scandalous is only partially to be excused, given its buy-one-get-one-free Preview Ticket Policy.  But with 58.9% attendance, it is pretty clear that either everyone is waiting for the reviews or there just isn't much interest in Aimee Semple McPherson.  Sorry, Kathie Lee.
