12 Shows of Broadway Christmas

No, there will not be 5 golden rings - though there may be 5 golden plates when you see The Book of Mormon.  But chances are pretty good that more than once you could see 9 ladies dancing - most likely at Nice Work If You Can Get It.  Newsies will provide more than 10 lords a-leaping, but I'm afraid The Mystery of Edwin Drood has but one of the six geese - but it ain't a-laying, it's cooked (by Bazzard, no less)!  Likewise, Once may provide several, but not a full dozen drummers drumming, and there are at least 8 maids in Bring It On: The Musical, but they're a-cheering, not a-milking!

And, you can have all 12 Days of Broadway Christmas if you plan it just right (and have a decent amount of money).  OK, not 12 Days but 6 matinees and 6 evening shows in just 7 days.  Here's just one possible way to see 12 Broadway shows starting on Monday, Christmas Eve.

Here's one way to see all 11 plays (plus 1 musical to fill it out) on Broadway:
